Its the perfect percentage to provide the best product delivery without it entering the blood stream. Our choice not to have a restrictively high dose ensures all uses have easy access to use SAFE TAN™ for both it's clinical and aesthetic benefits.

SAFE TAN™ works on, or interacts with amino acids (they're found more evenly throughout the body) this offers an even colour with the application, then a natural fade out over the following week, and also removes the risk of orange knees, elbow etc [most fake tans react with melanin which is found at different levels in the body, and being highly concentrated on knees, elbow etc ...where thick, dry and thirsty skin is found - ready to soak up more product].

Not compelled to exfoliate before application.
Benefits in having therapeutic aloe vera as the base. This along with the other ingredients provide a natural enzyme that works to dissolve dead skin build-up during application. Natural SAFE TAN™ acts to calm skin such as Eczema, Psoriasis and skin conditions associated with dry flaky skin like diabetes. Ideal for skin normally aggravated by or intolerant to exfoliating. NB: However, to exfoliate prior to applying will extend the life of the tan.

To make a self tanner activate a DHA must be present – we use the highest quality available worldwide and an ingredient used in liquid baby vitamins and are safe for consumption.
Likewise colours must be present – once again we use the highest quality commercially available. The same used in prescription pharmaceuticals to distinguish capsules and tablets from each other. Used in eyeliners, kohl eye pencils and lipsticks.
