Miranda Kerr has been widely recognised as ‘Australia’s Sweetheart.’ Ever since she rose to fame in 1997 through the Dolly model search, she has represented Australia internationally in the world of fashion. Since first appearing in Dolly, Miranda has graced the covers of Harper’s Bazaar, British CQ, Vogue, Vanity Fair, Italian Glamour, Marie Clair and Madison. She is a truly inspirational role model and icon of Australian beauty.
Miranda met international supermodel standards becoming the first Australian Victoria’s Secret Angel. Other high brand names she has represented include Maybelline, Levi’s and Clinique. Being in the spotlight has provided Miranda with a large fan base and she is now a celebrity household name, especially after marrying the popular movie star, Orlando Bloom.
In recent years, since marriage, Miranda has really started to focus on her lifestyle changes and advertising this to her fans and through her product campaigns. Miranda says that she ‘Balances her hectic lifestyle with yoga, meditation and regular exercise.’ She has an extremely untainted brand image that she promotes. Earlier this year, Miranda and Orlando welcomed their first child, Flynn. This drastic lifestyle change changed her image completely. Miranda is now viewed as the ‘Woman who has it all.’
Miranda constantly reinforces the importance of a balanced lifestyle, and she is a clear representation of a woman you ‘walks her talk.’ She is a loving mother and wife, high profile sexy supermodel, and yet she remains loyal and caring to her fans. Although she lives in New York, Miranda recently returned to Australia to promote her new book, Treasure Yourself. The book reflects her brand and is said to focus on encouraging young women to embrace themselves and their individuality.
The book is not the only reason that Miranda has returned home. She coincided her visit with the David Jones fashion shows. Throughout her lifestyle changes, Miranda has maintained her name as the face of David Jones. Her brand image is a great reflection of the new David Jones fashion line which is said to be clean and fresh for spring/summer. Both Miranda Kerr and David Jones have been able to adapt over the years to represent both of their brands to maximise popularity.
